Chartered Accountants
Éric Duguay
A graduate from Sherbrooke University,
I worked in chartered accountant firms in Montmagny (Mallette
Maheu) and in Gaspe (Duguay, Leblanc et associés) and
then opened my own office in December of 1992.
Continuous training has a special meaning
for me. Every year, I follow a minimum of forty hours' training
over and above reading specialized magazines and wed sites. Such
training, together with a constant involvement in the community
as well as within The Order of Chartered Accountant of Quebec,
allows me to give my clients the professional services they need.
Support and counsel to businesses are fascinating
aspects of my practice. The availability and the growth of a
trusting relationship are essential to me.
Chantal Samuel
I am the holder of a diploma from "L'Université
du Québec à Rimouski" and recipient of a scholarship
of excellence for school achievement.
As a second career, the profession of chartered
accountant fulfils my expectations. Furthermore, being an associate
in an office where customer service and the quality of work come
before "quantity" meets with my understanding of the
profession.
I am also a professor for "L'Université
du Québec à Rimouski" and "Le Cégep
de la Gaspésie et des Iles" in disciplines such as
taxation, inheritance planning and accounting.
